I have uninstalled then reinstalled but every time I open the game it just shows the King logo but will not open.Can anyone please advise

It sounds like you are playing the App version on your Chromebook!
Are you logged into the game with Facebook or King (email) account? If you have a Facebook account, can you please try to open the game on a browser (Chrome, Edge, etc.,) and see if the game works?
