I still have received an answer on my above question
I am using iPad 17.6.1 version—6th generation. I also never lets video or ads play. the ones where three different ads play two sometimes will play and last one will not play. The ones that give you a time like 30 seconds will not start counting of seconds. Pretty much locks or freezes almost ever time.

Are you not receiving the Ads or you are receiving the Ads but, they are not playing? If the Ads are not playing, do you see any error message or are the Ads freezing? The more details you provide, the better assistance we can be!
Which device are you using? Which version of the App do you have right now?
