Last six months I have been having only 20 lives and if I use them all the count do not go to zero.

Please help me. I cannot receive friends lives since whe' my count goes to zero the lives do not match the count and no friend can help. Me.

Can you please explain what you mean by —> “when my count goes to zero the lives do not match the count and no friend can help. Me”

Can you post a screenshot of your Envelope when your 20/20 lives become 0/20?

Thank you for reporting.  I understand that losing your saved lives can be frustrating. Often, lives can be lost due to syncing issues or updates. Please try logging out and then back into your account to see if this restores your lives. Make sure your app is updated to the latest version for optimal performance.
