I am sorry to hear about the issue you have experienced with this level!
There are some levels that are having this issue! Unfortunately, these are not the same levels that are affected each time. But, because of your complaint, I will be able to report this level to our Community In-charge.
Other than that, there is nothing else you can do now but retrying the level! If you have spent any money on your level, please contact King Player Support team for reimbursement. If you spent Gold Bars, I am not sure if those will be reimbursed or not!!

Hello @momoshiroxiv sorry for these inconvinience, its happened due to some unknown issues and it cannot be restore your game, so you will have to play that level again to solve it.
