My battery died 10mins ago. I had 23hours free lives. Turned it back on and it's all gone. Can someone help because I've tried everything on support and can't get any help

Those 23 hours of free lives - did you earn them in an event/feature OR did you purchase in a package that was offered in the game?

You said you have tried everything on Support! Which "support" are you talking about?
