Can you fix this ad that hangs?

Your Unity ad Solitaire-2024 hangs and does not let me back to Candy Crush without rebooting. You have the ability to choose who buys advertising on your sites. Since their ad hangs, you are left with three options: fix it, get unity to fix it, or choose an alternate advertiser whose ads don’t stall.

Ads are not controlled by the King, but a 3rd party! Hence, if you encounter any Ads that freeze or cause other disturbances, the best option is to report those Ads to King Player Support team. They will take all the details from the players and they will take care of the issue!

Please follow below steps to report the Ad(s)⬇️

• Click on the Pink Cogwheel (Gear icon) located in the top right corner of game map screen;
• Click on the ? icon in the Settings window;
• In the Help Center, scroll down all the way to "Privacy & Terms" and click on it;
• The first option you see will be "Report an Ad";
• Click on it to open and follow the suggestions & instructions to report the Ad.
