Race won't start

Question

good morning, I am having a problem with starting a race, so I am missing out on the gold bars, it keeps telling me to complete level to start race, it has been saying that for at least 20 or 30 levels; I have logged out and logged back in, I have done all that you have suggested to no avail…. can you assist?

Hello. @liztwo and welcome to the community. I experienced the same issue recently so I know how frustrating that can be.  I play at the top of the game and believe that it happens occasionally to players near the end of Candy Crush. Which level are you at? There have been some other posts about this problem here:
