I need a clarification please! Do you not receive 10 out of 20 Gold bars or the Gold Bars disappear after you receive those into your game?
I have seen some players complaining that they lost their Gold Bars unintentionally as “continue” button is placed in a way that we click on “purchase” instead of “quit” the level! Do you think this might be something that is happening in your game?

Thank you for report it. Try with disconnecting and reconnecting your King or Facebook account in the game and the Gold Bars should reload in your game.
If the Gold Bars still do not show up, please email Player Support so they can check up what has happened. You can email them directly from the game by going to the Settings, Help Center, choose a FAQ and you can find the 'Contact us' in the bottom of the page.
