Vesta Fitness Video Freezing

When I win the race and watch the videos to earn extra gold bars, I lose the bars because the video freezes about 3 seconds into it and I can’t restart it. The video is for Vesta Fitness. This has happened multiple times. Why?

I am sorry to hear about the issue you have been experience with the Ads.

I would suggest yo to report the Ad that has been freezing and/or causing issue. Please send your complaint directly from your game by following below steps⬇️

• Click on the Pink Cogwheel (Gear icon) located in the top right corner of game map screen;
• Click on the ? icon in the Settings window;
• In the Help Center, scroll down all the way to "Privacy & Terms" and click on it;
• The first option you see will be "Report an Ad";
• Click on it to open and follow the suggestions & instructions to report the Ad.
