i have just started the game, I even haven’t played any move and the game notified me this.
i believe this is game’s issue which affected to my progress

This kind of phenomenon happens on some levels which are full of blockers and in which there is only one or two possible first move(s) written into the game board. The win streak boosters and/or pre level boosters, well the colour bomb mostly, takes up a space which will not allow that first move written into the game to be made.

Yes, it is an error that should not be allowed to happen but as most players then pass on their second attempt, once having lost the win streak boosters, often King do nothing about it. Boosters should be locked for levels like this one. If you wish to make a complaint, then you might like to send your screenshot to player support. If there are many complaints about a certain level then pre level boosters might get locked for it, which would avoid this happening.
