This sticky issue with the Chocolate Box was reported to the Candy Studio team and they are investigating the issue. You can find all the details —> HERE.
Which device are you using to play the game? If using a computer - Facebook browser (Google Chrome, Edge, etc.,) you can try clearing the cookies/cache and history, which might work temporarily!
Other than that, you are stuck with the glitch!
