Hello @Momsy2 . Have you tried going back to level 16000 and play that level once more? Quite often when players go back to the milestone level and pass it a second time then the badge will be awarded. As for the gift boosters, I am not quite sure, so if you do succeed by replaying please come back and let us know. Thanks.
