I had to uninstall the game and reinstalle on a new phone. I lost all bonus, I had like 20candyball, I lost my progress in champion race and every on-going event...

Oh Dear! We are very sorry to hear about you lost all of your inventory boosters and also lives as you did uninstalling the game then reinstalling the game on your new device! 😢
So you read these important notes when you have got trouble to lose all of your inventory lives and boosters! 👇⚠️
1. The inventory lives and boosters cannot be transferred / saved to your devices on any King's games when you switch out new or change or upgrade your device or uninstall and reinstall the game!
2. The inventory lives and boosters can saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that they are not saved on our servers especially if you didn't have the game saved.
It’s best not to store too many inventory lives and boosters on your device, as there is a chance they may be lost, or affect the game play.
Then unfortunately as we do not replace items and help you to return your inventory lives and boosters back that have not been purchased but if you have however lost purchased items, please report this to their player support team here and then ask and send your Game ID (How to find your Game ID), so they can help you. 😊

In the last two days the ads have stopped working. If you get a chance to view ads for extra moves the first ad works but when you select to watch the second ad it goes to run it but then the screen goes black and it then returns you to the game. This makes it very difficult and frustrating.
II have been playing this level since 3 days now and I have not been able to pass so I need assistance
I've been having trouble with trying to get to the next Ad, because every time I think the Ad is finished and I try to go to the next Ad, it takes me completely out of the game. So, then I lose my chance at the level, and the boosters that might have been able to help me. Any suggestions?
