What is the Candy Crush Music Season Tournament?

The Candy Crush Music Season Tournament is an in-game competition in Candy Crush Saga where players can compete in various stages to win amazing prizes, including trips to live music performances around the world and concert vouchers.

When does the Tournament take place?

The Tournament takes place from September 19, 2024, to October 14, 2024, with different stages occurring throughout this period.

Who can participate in the Tournament?

To participate in the Candy Crush Music Tournament, you must at least:

Be 18 years old or older.
Reside in one of the eligible countries (including the USA, UK, Canada, Germany, and more).
Have reached Level 25 or higher in Candy Crush Saga.
Have an account which is in good standing with King with no undisclosed account violations

How do I enter the Tournament?

Simply log in to Candy Crush Saga on your mobile device during the Tournament period. No additional entry is required.

What devices can I use to participate?

You can participate using mobile devices running iOS 11.0 or higher, Android 6.0 or higher, Amazon Fire OS 5, or Windows 10 v14393.0 and higher. You may use up to three devices during the Tournament.

Are there any costs to participate?

Participation in the Tournament is free. However, you may choose to purchase in-game items or watch ads for additional in-game benefits.

How do I progress to the next stage?

Progression is based on your leaderboard ranking at the end of each stage. You must be in the top positions (e.g., top 5, depending on the stage) to move to the next stage.

What can I win?

The Grand Prizes include up to three trips to live music performances anywhere in the world with a total budget of $27,000 USD, plus a $1,000 concert voucher to use in your local country. Runner-Up Prizes include a $2,000 concert voucher to use in your local country. For information on these prizes and their terms, please see our Tournament rules .

What rules must I follow during the Tournament?

You must adhere to King’s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and the Tournament rules. Unfair play, such as using bots or multiple accounts, will result in disqualification.

Why can't I see the Candy Crush Music Tournament?

If you were playing the Candy Crush Music Tournament event and suddenly can't see it in your game now, please consider this:

All events are time-limited (the timer is always visible). This means the time might have run out without you noticing it. Time flies!
You might be playing offline. Please make sure you are connected to your account, and your Internet connection is stable. If you log out and back into your account, the event might need some time to reappear. Please play 1-2 levels and go back to the map to see if it comes back.
You might be using the wrong account. Maybe somebody has logged into their account on your mobile, tablet or computer? Please log out and back into your account.
Your current level doesn't include orange candies. If the event starts but there are no orange candies in the level you're playing, you won't be added to the leaderboard right away. Please keep playing- you'll see the leaderboard as soon as you play a level with orange candies.
Special events like these are bonus features in the game, and our studio tweaks and introduces new features every so often. As such, they need to thoroughly check these during gameplay, so these special features may temporarily pause during scheduled maintenance checks.
Your clock is set outside of the Sep 19- Oct 14 date interval. If, for any reason, the time of your device is set outside this date interval, instead of the correct date, the game won’t recognize you as part of the event. You will see the orange candies as musical notes, but you will not be able to see the Candy Crush Music Tournament leaderboard.

I haven't seen the Candy Crush Music Tournament event at all!

As with all special events we run in our games, a small portion of players may not have access to them. We always try to include as many players, although this isn’t always possible.

The Sweet Sound Passport prize will also be available only in the following countries:

Australia, Austria, Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, India, Ireland, Italy, New Zealand, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Switzerland, Sweden, United Kingdom, and the United States of America.

We appreciate it may be frustrating not to be able to take part in the Candy Crush Music Tournament. It's likely that you'll have access to something that other players don't - as we always make sure many of our features and events are cycled around so everyone gets a fair share.

Leaderboard not showing!

All events are time-limited (the timer is always visible). This means the time might have run out without you noticing it. Time flies!

Take a look at the "events" tab at the bottom of the game map as, across the various stages of the Candy Crush Music Tournament, a card of the event should be there with the info about the next round.

We suggest you review the event icon on the map, where you can see all dates and rules. If you can’t find the answer you are looking for there, please continue with the following steps.

- Please make sure you are connected to your account, and your Internet connection is stable. If you log out and back into your account, the event might need some time to reappear.
- Please play 1-2 levels and go back to the map to see if it comes back.
- You might be using the wrong account. Maybe somebody has logged into their account on your mobile, tablet or computer?

Game crashing

While technical issues are very frustrating, the great news is that they are also generally quite easily fixed. The first thing we need to do is make sure that your device is running as smoothly as possible.

Please complete the following steps and let me know if they do not resolve the issue:

Force close all apps and restart your device, making sure to leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds.
Check if your device needs to be updated to the latest operating system (via settings) and please also check for any updates for the game app (in your app Store).
Make sure that you have enough storage on your device. We recommend having at least 2GB free.

Please also note that due to natural technological progress over time, it is possible that our games can no longer perform as originally intended on certain low-end or outdated devices.
