Why did my game shut down when I was on a record breaking roll to be a top player in this game?

THis is the 2nd time this has happened to me..  Last time you did nothing for me,, but gave me some cheesy rewards that,did not come close to making things right..

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue in your game!

I could not understand which event you were playing when the glitch happened!  But, I would suggest you to contact King Player Support team and send a complaint.  Everybody that help out here are players like you and we can only suggest what to do, but nothing more than that!!

If you are playing on a mobile device or the App version, please follow below steps⬇️

* Click on the Pink Cogwheel (gear icon) located in the top right corner of game map screen;
* Click on the ? icon in Settings window;
* Scroll down to "Events" and click on it;
* Select a suitable option and click to open it;
* Scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us" tab;
* Fill the form and send your complaint.
