Are you playing Candy Crush Saga? If so, are you asking how to request your friends to play your level?
If that is your question, the answer is "we cannot ask for help", as it is game system that sends requests to play levels for our friends! Nobody knows when & how the system works and/or get triggered to ask us that our friends need help!!
If you are stuck on a level, I would suggest you to keep playing your level without wasting your saved boosters and stored lives. Hopefully, after multiple tries, the system will recognize and asks your friends to play your level.
Please know that we do not win our level even when our friends play it on their end. If they win it, we will only receive few "pre-game" boosters to start our level with!
If you can tell us which level you are stuck at, we can check in our game and see if we can come up with any tips and suggestions to win your level!
