I am sorry to hear that you lost the level progress in your game!

Did you try —> log out of the game > close the App > restart your device after shutting it down for 5 minutes > log back into the game and replay a level and checked if your levels are back?

If that didn't work, you will have to contact King Player Support team and request to restore your level progress.  Sounds like you are playing the App version of the game!

* Click on the Pink Cogwheel (gear icon) located in the top right corner of game map screen;
* Click on the ? icon in Settings window;
* Scroll down to "My game progress" and click on it;
* Select the suitable option follow the suggestions.
