How do I fix the error Wrong email and password combination when trying to sign into Candy Crush using my Facebook credentials
Thanks. I did all of these steps and it worked fine on my iPad that is on a release prior to OS 17, but when I try to do these steps on my new IPad that is on 18.1, it gets stuck in Facebook, and got stuck in Facebook when I was on some version in 17. I think it is an OS problem. Has anyone resolved this on OS 18.1?
After reinstalling the operating system on my computer, I can’t log into Candy Crush Saga with my Facebook account to bind it. Is there any way to resolve this issue?
I solved the problem by following these steps:
1.Remove the Facebook app and Candy Crush app.
2.Log out of facebook.com on Safari.
3.Clear Safari’s cache.
4.Turn off the device and wait a few minutes to allow the cache to clear.
5.Turn the device back on.
6.Download only the Candy Crush app (do not download Facebook yet).
7.Connect Candy Crush via Facebook.
These steps worked for me. After that, you can download the Facebook app.
it is both Candy Crush and Candy Crush Soda. I can log into Facebook if I clear the cashe in Safari but once I am in Facebook it does not go back to my game. The only way to get out of Facebook is to cancel and then I am not signed into Candy Crush or Andy Crush Soda. I think it has to do with the OS version because I can sign into thru Facebook on my old iPad Air that is on 15.8. My new 2024 iPad Pro that is on version 18 won’t sign in thru Facebook.
