Why does Reno Tahoe video fail so ofter?

I've lost seven games in the past two days because of the Tahoe video not functioning. I'm at level 14,500, so it's not operator error. Getting tired of the games I'm losing.

I am sorry to hear that one of the Ad Videos are freezing in your game!

I don't think I have seen complaints about this particular Ad, but if has been freezing often, then, it is time to report this Ad to the King Player Support team.

Please follow below steps to report the Ad⬇️

• Click on the Pink Cogwheel (Gear icon) located in the top right corner of game map screen;
• Click on the ? icon in the Settings window;
• In the Help Center, scroll down all the way to "Privacy & Terms" and click on it;
• The first option you see will be "Report an Ad";
• Click on it to open and follow the suggestions & instructions to report the Ad.
