candies fail to fall during games leaving several open/dead squares resulting in the loss of several more candies that could and will be broken!!! Going on about 4-6 months 😡😡
Thanks for the tag @PummyRaj as others have said without a screenshot or knowing which level(s) @Moondoggy61477 is referring to it's difficult to answer. I think as Christine said some levels do leave open spaces, which are part of the design. So let's hope we get a screenshot or told which levels 🤞
I am afraid I also don't quite understand what's going on here. A screenshot of a level where this occurs would be of great help.
Hello @Moondoggy61477 and thanks for the tag @PummyRaj . There could be explanations for this in the way the board is designed or where blockers are placed.
It is vital for us to see a board where you are experiencing this problem @Moondoggy61477 if we are to be of any help to you. So please could you post a screenshot. I have come across some levels that do leave open spaces, sometimes containing jelly, but those are part of the design to make those levels more challenging. I have not experienced a glitch of this kind.

I don't think I have had this glitch, the only time I have seen candies not fall all the way is in the end cascade when you have beat the level.

I am afraid I could not understand/imagine what's going on with your levels! Can you please provide some screenshots with the glitch present?
Also, can you give the list of the levels you have experienced this glitch? We can check and see if we are experiencing this glitch in our game(s) as well!!
