How can you contact community Managers/Moderators in CCS if you don't know who they are? The issue of lives not being received is becoming a huge problem, as I now only have 3 lives left! Impossible to do any of the challenges, as you need lives to be able to compete. Please help. Emails sent to Support, and only getting generic replies, which is not helpful at all. Can anyone help please?

We are receiving few complaints about the Lives issue, but none of those players came back to provide more details! I did report your previous complaint to the Community In-charge and when King checked on their end, they did not detect any issue!
I am sorry to hear that the Player Support team was not a big help! Are you talking about the initial automated from them? Did you send a reply to that automated email and see if an agent contacts you?
With regards the issue in your game - are you not receiving lives from your friends or are you not able to "collect"/ "accept" the available lives due to a glitch?
Which device are you using? Are you logged into the game through Facebook or Kingdom account?

Player support sent and email (automated) and I did reply on that, but no response on that. Even brought the issue up in the "survey", but still also no reply on that.
I can accept lives, if there is any available. I have now over the past two days requested lives from individuals on my friends list…. For every life I sent, I requested, and so far I'm back to a more healthy 56 lives. I did notice tho that the amount of lives sent from friends has dropped dramatically… People who usually sent in the 1000's now only show to have sent about 10 or 20 lives…. some even as low as 8. I find it amazing that Support did not find a bug .
