I’m trying to figure out how to get my gold bars back I was playing the game I was trying to use the to finish the previous board the game froze I had to restart the game and all the bars was gone now mind you I actually paid for these bars I had about 22 now I’m down to 0 and there's nothing on this game to make a complaint or to get the bars back this really don’t make no sense

Hi @cougargirl37 Welcome to the Community 🤗 If you haven't already got your gold bars back, you will need to contact Player Support and explain your situation. If you scroll to the bottom of this page you will see this
Click on the Contact Us and fill in all the fields. It isn't a quick process, you'll probably get an automated message back first. Give it a few days and see what happens, you may get another message asking for more info, if you do make sure you read what they say and how to re-message them. If they don't get back to you after 3 days send another email. Good luck and if you have any more questions or need help with your game please ask 😏
