Are you asking about "Help a Friend" feature, where players help their friends by winning levels they are stuck on!!
If so, you are not receiving those requests from your friends but, the game system! Just the same, if you are stuck on a level for a while, you cannot send a Help request to your friends. You have to be included in the feature and then, the system has to be triggered to send the request to your friends.
In general, all the nightmarishly hard levels and legendary levels are super difficult and need boosters and/or gold bars to win those.
If you can tell us which level you are stuck on, we can check and see if there are any tips we can suggest.
