Lost progress after Facebook account hack
I recently had my Facebook account hacked, to which I had been saving my progress to, and it logged out of my candy crush mobile. The perpetrator changed my recovery email and phone numbers and now I can't recover said Facebook account. In a bit to have my email as the new saving profile I I ended up losing the entire progress I had made over the years, I had recently passed stage 16000. Is there a way I can recover my progress, I'm heartbroken at the thought of starting afresh.

You must first create a new Facebook account and connect the game. Next step 👇️
Please email Player Support so they can restore the levels manually on your new account.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - My Game Progress - Contact us and send them an email. Don't forget to mention what level you were on!
It's important that you choose "Problems with my game" as your topic and "Game didn't save" as your subtopic.
