I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue in your game! Can you please clarify in which “feature” you are experiencing this “connection” issue? OR is it to the whole game?
Which device are you using? If using a mobile device, which version of the App do you have right now? Can you post a screenshot of the “connection error” pop-up?
