Did you lose the level progress of your game? Did your game crash or you have reinstalled the game that might have caused the issue?
Which device are you using? Did you save the game before either with Facebook or King(email) account? If so, did you make sure that you are logged into the game with your account details? Can you post a screenshot of your game map?
