As a game developer/programmer there are definitely be ways to prevent this from happening in the future.
I'd recommend Candy Studio consider setting a variable within the candy block object to count/index each time it goes through a hole. Then setup a if statement checking if the block's count/index has increased past 4 (being 4 times it's looped) if so have the candy blocks act with a action like simply blowing up.

I am sorry to hear that you lost your win streak because of a glitch in your level!
Unfortunately, when we encounter this "loop" glitch, all we can do is quit the level - restart the device - replay the level. There are no other work-arounds🙃
Unless this cascades glitch occur in same level for all players, the Candy Studio cannot fix this glitch! But, I will report the level anyway👍️
