Candy Royale has been systematically disappearing from all types of devices the past week and as of yesterday, it is gone from all devices across the board. 2 PCs, 3 Androids and 2 ipads. None are using the same account, and all are totally up to date with OS and CC version. Yesterday, I got the elite challenge pop up like I do every Friday but today, there is no Candy Royale, period. Anywhere. King keeps trying to blame us and keeps turning this around on us, which is pathetic. This game has been nothing but glitches, bugs, errors and problems since May and King doesn't want to do anything about it. It's shameful.
I've been getting the same generic bot response for over a week that certain events are under investigation and that's it. I'm sorry, but the problem is not us. It's King. And they need to fix the problems in this game if they want to keep making money.
Thanks for this message, but I don't experience this since January but I can advice you to re install if it happen again because I face this kind challenge last year

I too have the same issue in my game as well! Elite Candy Royale popped up yesterday morning and the challenge did not appear till now! I have been checking the game once in 2 hours๐คทโโ๏ธ
Just like you, I too reached the final tier! I wanted to see how log I can continue in that tier!!
As you are aware, I have reported your previous complaint. But, haven't heard anything yet! Hopefully, we will have some updates after the weekend๐ค

Did you see the Elite C.R pop-up? Were you able to play today?
No, I was not able to play today on ANY of device. PC, 3 Androids and 2 ipads. It's not showing up anywhere. I did get the Elite challenge pop up yesterday on 2 devices, but again, today it's gone from ALL devices. No device is using the same account. All software and game versions are up to date.
Thanks but if I reinstall I will lose all progress and most importantly, the money invested into this game. I've never once been able to log out and log back and have the exact same number of gold bars and boosters come back. You might come back to the same level, but any gold bars and boosters and events you had will all dissappear. So I can't do that. King should be ashamed.
Of course you haven't. King doesn't care about any individual player. Or even 100,000 players. Why would they? They have the other 200,000,000 million people making them richer every day. Why care about someone who's been a loyal every day user for 10 years?
I just had the Elite challenge pop up again when I opened CC on my other iPad but the event itself did NOT appear. I have restarted 2 other devices and still nothing. Ridiculous.

Please never reinstall your game, as it will not resolve any issues! On top of that, you will lose all your saved boosters and stored lives!
If you are logged into the game with same account, just like your game progress, you should find your Gold Bars also intact!! Let's worry about that once the glitch with Candy Royale is resolved!

I finished a Candy Royale today, but the next one hasn't started yet. There is usually a break once I win one. I will probably get the next round tomorrow.
