Why are videos causing so much trouble?

I'm at level 14500. Never had video ad problems until two weeks ago. Started with Reno Tahoe and has spread to other 30 second ads. It's killing my progress!!!!

    Thank you for the feedback. We have prepared some steps HERE on how to report Ads to our Player Support Team so they can have a look.

    Did you ever get a chance to report that "Reno Tahoe" Ad?

    Like I have informed before, all of us here are players just like you! We can only suggest you what to do. Ads are handled by a third party!

    So, until unless you send a complaint to the King Player Support team, it will not looked at, as the Player Support team no way to know about the issue!!


    So, please report the Ad as soon as you can!
