I'm at level 14500. Never had video ad problems until two weeks ago. Started with Reno Tahoe and has spread to other 30 second ads. It's killing my progress!!!!

Did you ever get a chance to report that "Reno Tahoe" Ad?
Like I have informed before, all of us here are players just like you! We can only suggest you what to do. Ads are handled by a third party!
So, until unless you send a complaint to the King Player Support team, it will not looked at, as the Player Support team no way to know about the issue!!

I cant go forward level 10611, because no Yellow candy of target 18 , coming. Please fixed my issue.
level 11895 cannot be completed due to no yellow candies spawning. I spent £19.99 on endless lives and 10 mins in I now cannot progress. Please fix immediately or refund the money that I cannot use.
While watching an ad to get additional gold bars, after I won the race, the game restarted and I lost my earned gold bars and the watched gold bars. Very frustrating. This has happened twice in the last two wins. Why?
