Are you playing the game on Facebook browser? There aren't many players that use desktop! Hence, we do not receive many complaints!
Let's check some things please! Do you have the latest software in your computer system? Do you play any other games or just Candy Crush Saga? Do you see an error message or just an Orange screen?
