How do I retrieve my progress on candy crush saga

i have lost all of my games in Candy Crush Saga. Please help.

Thank you for clarifying and I am sorry to hear that logging in with your Facebook account did not work to bring the progress @lfennell48

You will have to contact King Player Support team and request to restore your progress!  I did not ask the device you are using.  Hence, providing suggestions for both App version & Facebook👇️

** If you are using mobile device OR the App version on Windows 10/11, please follow below steps⬇️

* Click on the Pink Gear icon (Cogwheel) located in the top right corner of game map screen;
* Click on the ? icon in Settings window;
* Go down to "My game progress" and click on it;
* Click on the 2nd topic "I can't find my progress in the game - How to retrieve your levels";
* Check if any of the steps & suggestions provided in that article help to retrieve the progress;
* If not, scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us";
* Fill the form and send your complaint.

While filling the form, please make sure to choose the correct topic👇️

Did you try and log in with that Facebook account you have used before?  The progress still did not appear?
