i have lost all of my games in Candy Crush Saga. Please help.

You will have to contact King Player Support team and request to restore your progress! I did not ask the device you are using. Hence, providing suggestions for both App version & Facebook👇️

** If you are using mobile device OR the App version on Windows 10/11, please follow below steps⬇️

• Click on the Pink Gear icon (Cogwheel) located in the top right corner of game map screen;
• Click on the ? icon in Settings window;
• Go down to "My game progress" and click on it;
• Click on the 2nd topic "I can't find my progress in the game - How to retrieve your levels";
• Check if any of the steps & suggestions provided in that article help to retrieve the progress;
• If not, scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us";
• Fill the form and send your complaint.
