Boosters and ads after changing device

Hello,
Recently I had to change devices and when I logged in the game I was surprised to see that all my boosters were gone (more than 100) and I don't get any adverts to help me progress, get new boosters or pass a difficult level. Apart from annoying and frustrating, it's also extremely unfair to players, like me, who have spent a good amount of time and money to get yo the level they are and now are being punished for changing devices. This has become a nuisance to the point of considering leaving the game. Really bad customer care yo say the least

Hello @korina10 Welcome to the community!
Unfortunately since boosters are saved on your device and not on King's servers there is nothing that King can do as they have no record of what boosters you had. If you still have yours old phone then play the hardest levels on the old phone and use those boosters to win episode races, that is a way to turn them into gold bars and those do get stored on King's server and transfer between accounts.
