why am I not getting lives of my friends

I am sorry to hear about the issue with the lives in your game!
Are you playing Candy Crush Saga? If so, which device are you using?
Are you logged into the game with Facebook or King (email) account?
Do you have “active” friends in your game? Is it possible to ask them if they are sending lives towards you and also ask if they are receiving lives from you?

Thank you for the feedback. When you reach the limitation of lives you can accept from friends, a timer will appear so that you know how long you need to wait until you can accept more lives.
Once you've gone through the process of connecting your Facebook and Candy Crush account, you need to click on the "Ask Friends" button to get them to send you extra lives when you run out Choose the friends who want to ask.

Hello @lilianguest Welcome to King Community. That's depends on your friends if they don't want to send you any lives then no one can do anything. So please keep requesting for lives from your friends and they will give you at some point i believe. Thanks

Will I be able to solve this without paying.
When the game loaded a pop up came up and said I’d won a reward of some boosters, it was followed with another pop-up saying I had won on 20 gold bars. I pressed claim for both but didn’t receive. Anybody know anything about these??
I played more than 50 moves and the gane remained like this without dropping the last number till it ended
