Gold bars

I turned on lap top after not playing for two days and I noticed I had less gold bars than I had the day before. Can you please explain to me how that can happen? It’s down to 107 and I had 150 or 160. Can I get them back some how.

I am sorry to hear that you are losing some of the Gold Bars from your game! I would suggest you to contact King Player Support team and send a complaint.

** If you are playing the game on a computer - Facebook browser version, please use this link to send your complaint —> Contact us (fill the form and submit it).

** If you are using mobile device OR the App version on Windows 10/11, please follow below steps⬇️

• Click on the Pink Gear icon (Cogwheel) located in the top right corner of game map screen;
• Click on the ? icon in Settings window;
• In the Help Center, go down to "My Purchases" and click on it;
• Go down and click on "Why can't I find my boosters";
• Scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us";
• Fill the form and submit your complaint.

Once you send your complaint, you will receive an automated email as their first reply, which is a norm! Please send a reply through that email itself and include as many details as you can. A screen recording or screenshots would help better to build your case.
