Cant connect for over a week to candy crush saga. Why?

I can play on my android phone with no issues, But on my laptop no go. Where before i always played saga for years with no issues. But just this last 7 days my laptops just doesn't want to connect. This message in the image comes up. Also I can play any other games without problems.

Hi. Only answer I have for you is this

No King games is showing on my Facebook user

I connect all progress with Facebook but cant sync with king account

I have open games ,they start different on my accounts ( mobile,Android,goggles, laptop)

Good luck, I have tried everything 🤞🫶

I am sorry to hear you have connection issues. Just to know for sure, do you have this problem in Candy Crush Soda Or Candy Crush Saga?
