Game keeps freezing

My game keeps freezing and closing. I had a 15min from daily treat that was wasted because of this. Plus countless lives lost. I've done all the trouble shooting and still it persists. It's been going on for days now, I thought it would be fixed but it's not.

not on Facebook. Can't remember my password so don't want to logout. On level 9585 and don't want to start again.

I don't have face book. Have enough GB to play. I can't log out because I don't remember my password to log back in..I'm on level 9585. Have missed many events because of this problem. I only have CC AND CCS on my phone. It's very frustrating as I haven't played a level in ages, meaning it closes everything I play. Thanks for any advice e. I've cleared cache as well.
