Level 220
Hello @vkey256 It is not possible to skip any levels in this game. Legendary and nightmarishly hard levels are put in the game to hold up players and you will need to either play boosters or gold bars to pay for the extra moves offered. The only alternative is to patiently wait for the lucky board similar to the one shown in the video, but when that will come is written into the game by King and can be a long time.
So the key to playing Candy Crush is to use your gold and boosters wisely. Don't spend money though. If you have no gold bars or boosters left it might be best to delete the app and reinstall the game and start from the beginning. Those levels up level 200 are easy and do not require any gold and very few boosters. So the best way to play is to make sure you still have some gold when you reach those impossible levels in the range between 205 and 260.
