I am so sick and tired of paying money to pass levels. I spent 5 bucks on a legendary level and my game closed out of nowhere and even with 105 moves I didn't pass it because I had to start over again and the key I needed got stuck in a spot I couldn't clear. This keeps happening and I've lost like 10 bucks this week because of this. If I spend money to pass a level, I should be able to pass that level and I'm kind of done losing money because of this. I have a lot of choice words I can't say out loud right now. Stop stealing people's money.
Hi @contessalynn Welcome to the Community 🤗 We are all players like yourself and come to the Community to discuss our games and have a good moan. What level are you on at the moment. You seem to have a bit of a problem if your game keeps closing, how annoying. If you don't have many boosters or gold you could just log in every day and get whatever you can if you get the Daily Treat Machine and Sweet Cinema and Seasons Pass every Tuesday. Also keep an eye out for Don't feed the Troll that may be out next Friday, Saturday and Sunday where you can play old levels to collect the orange candies to get the boosters. Don't play any new levels for a week or two and see what happens. Now that you're in the Community please read other discussions, you may also like to join in with your experiences. Thanks for the ideas. I didn't think about replaying other levels for boosts. I'm at level 6527. I'm just blah. It sucks paying for a level and not passing it. I play every day and get as many boosts as I can. I'm going to try the earlier level thing. I hadn't thought about that.
I'm on level 6527 and I play every day. I hadn't thought about going back and playing old levels. I get just about every boost I can every day. I'm just really frustrated with paying to pass a level and not passing it especially after some kind of technical error. I don't get that money back nor is there a complaint department. I am going to update my game and do what you suggested about going back to easier levels to try and get boosts. Thanks for the ideas.
You're welcome @contessalynn and thank you for replying. You can tell Player Support what happened and see if they will do anything. If you scroll right to the bottom of this page you should see
You click on the Contact Us and fill in all the fields. Might be worth trying, but believe me it isn't a quick process but I do think you should give it a go, you never know.
As a little tip, when replying to someone's post always click on the 'Reply' at the bottom, then add your comment and post, the person then gets notified that someone has contacted/replied. Otherwise they wouldn't know without checking discussion threads again.

Wow @contessalynn do you mean you contacted Player Support and they gave you some boosters? If so well done that was really quick and a good result.
As I said before it would be good for you to read other discussions you could pick up quite a few tips and you may be able to join in and help others. The Community takes a while to get used to but a few more tips are:
If you want to contact someone in particular you put an @ first then type their name as its shown. A list will then come up with the name in green, as yours is above, click on that then enter your comment and post. The person will then be notified via email that you have sent a message. Also if you make a mistake or want to add something to your post you get 24 hours to change it. You click on the three dots in a circle at the top right of your post. Click on the edit, update to whatever you need then save the comment. Good luck with your game and hope you stay in the Community 🤗
