There is a problem with this game purchases. I’m always billed more and I would like to take action against this as this is illegal.

• Open the receipt you have received from Google Play and tap "Report a problem"
• If you don’t have the email receipt then use this direct link. Scroll down to Order History and click on Report a problem

🍏 Apple device

• Use this link. 
• Once you are logged in with your Apple ID click on Report a Problem and follow the onscreen steps

You said it has been going on for a while! Once you get the refund for your current purchase, I would suggest you to contact King Player Support team and report the issue.
