Yes! The reason for this is not the “Internet connection” at your home, but the game itself!! Which device are you using to play the game? If you are using a computer, are you playing the App version or on Facebook browser (Chrome, Edge, etc.,)?
If you are using a mobile device, what is the make & model? And which version of the game App do you have?
