Hello @gouzronnie Welcome to King Community. Are you talking about Candy Crush Saga game? If so then can you please take a screenshot of your winning (if possible). It's very rare that happened who win the race they don't get wining gold bars but anyways if it's happened with you then i feel sorry for it. Thanks

I am sorry to hear that you did not receive the Gold Bars you were supposed to! Is that an Episode Race or the Candy Royale that you are missing the reward from?

You will have to contact the King Player Support team for your missing reward as only they have the resources to check what happened in your game!

** If you are using mobile device OR the App version on Windows 10/11, please follow below steps⬇️

• Click on the Pink Gear icon (Cogwheel) located in the top right corner of game map screen;
• Click on the ? icon in Settings window;
• Scroll down to "Events" and click on it;
• Select the event (— Episode Race OR Candy Royale) and click on it to open it;
• Scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us";
• Fill the form and Submit your complaint.

You will be receiving an automated email as their first reply, which is a norm! Please send a reply through that email itself and include as many details as you can. A screen recording or screenshots would help better to build your case.
