I had to switch my and all my stuff didn't switch over

I had to change my phone my account loaded up but my purchases and extras didn't move over with it how can I fix this thanks

In King Saga games, only Gold Bars and the level progress are synced across the devices we use. Both the boosters and lives we received from friends do not sync and are limited to the device we have earned!

But, since you have purchased some of the boosters, please contact King Player Support team and request them to transfer the items you have purchased. Please follow below steps⬇️

• Click on the Pink Cogwheel (Gear icon) located in the top right corner of game map;
• Click on the ? icon in Settings window;
• Go down to "My Purchases" and click on it;
• Select any option that suits well with the issue and click on it;
• Scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us";
• Fill the form and submit your complaint.

You might be receiving an automated email as an initial response. Please send a reply through that email itself and explain the issue. You should receive a response from an actual agent within 72 hours!

Hello @BritniGale Welcome to King Community. I am afraid that this is something cannot be possible to happen. Whenever you change your devices and use your old account login details you will only get the game level progress nothing else. Thanks
