Made a purchase of gold bars was charged but didn't receive them....this is not the first time that this has happened....

* Open the receipt you have received from Google Play and tap "Report a problem"
* If you don’t have the email receipt then use this direct link. Scroll down to Order History and click on Report a problem

* Use this link. 
* Once you are logged in with your Apple ID click on Report a Problem and follow the onscreen steps

Hello @cootersboss Welcome to King Community. Sorry to hear about your issues. Did you make a purchase for Candy-crush-saga? If so then you should contact with king supporr team directly. Whenever you will click on your "My Account" you will be able to see some icon where you will have to press "?" and it will be taking to you King Help Center where you will see options for your issues choose the best one describe your issue and somone from King support team will get back to you with an update.

Note: Sometimes it might take 72 hours to get a response from them.
