How can I get back to watching the promotional videos to earn lives?

Unfortunately, as players - it is not in our hands to get the Ads back into our games! It depends on the test groups we fall into to receive these special features! I am thinking that in recent shuffling, the group you are in might have been affected and hence, you are not receiving the Ads anymore!
But, no need to be despair! If you have received Ads once, you will receive again! All you need to do is - to make sure that your game App is regularly updated to the latest version; there is at least 2 GB free space on your device memory and you are active in the game. All these will increase your chances to receive Ads and other features.

I lost 10 gold while redeem for life at level 15256. Some technical error happened and deducted totally 20 golds instead 10. Pl credit to my account
this level is different to what’s on line. Need help with this level. No money or boosters. Help please.
As soon as I got to this level it gave me an error message 'unable to win level' and kicked me out. I tried again a few times and same message. How do I get past this level? I read in a different comment on player page it needs yellow candies and no yellow candies show up?
