Over the past week to ten days I have had issues with my game ending when I made a purchase of gold bars to continue playing. It's quite frustrating when I am paying to extend my game only to have the purchase made, but it defeats the purpose because I now have lost my rewards that add on each time I win a game and I have to start over with our any rewards. I've previously just dealt with it because I did receive my purchase which I used later on, but it's getting aggravating because it's happening quite frequently. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks in advance for your time!!

I have heard this complaint from few other players too!! I have reported this issue to our Community In-charge and the have passed on to the game Studio as well!

• Device you are using - make & model;
• Which software version you have on your device;
• Game version you have right now;
• When the game crashed, did you use your Gold bars or purchase with Credit/Debit Card?
