I see that you are acknowledging that there are problems with the Facebook purchases? I have noticed more than once, just recently today, that I did receive the gold bars, but never received the extra items that were supposed to be coming with the purchase, like the bundle today, got the gold bars, but not any of the many items extra I was suppose to receive. Will you guarantee that you will actually contact each of us and put the lost items in our possession? I do hope so, I honestly had assumed that I must have read wrong what I was to receive, but guess not. Thank you in advance for your help.
Hello @Mouse17 I suggest that you contact Player Support about this. If you do this via the app they should know your player ID and with that your purchase history and hopefully they will be able to add the missing items to your account. To contact Player Support via the app use Settings, which is the small pink cogwheel at the top right of the map screen. Then click on the ? icon and scroll through the options until you see "contact us" at the bottom of the screen. The first response will be an automated email but this should be followed up soon after by a response from Player Support.
