candy crush sage is not working

My candy crush sage is not working on my iPhone, Ipad, and it locks up on my computer, it lets me play one time then will not let me play it is like it freezes up has only been happening the last 2 days. All other games are working fine.

When you said the game "locks up" - are you seeing a grey screen with map in the background and you cannot click on anything?

If not, can you show me a screenshot of what you see (in any one of your device)?
