I receive Ads in different games but, never seen KitKat Ad that gives QR code!! Hence, I am not sure the issue you are experiencing!
Do you have any screenshots to show me? Is the screen frozen and you are not able to X it to go back to the game screen and collect the reward? The more details you provide, the better assistance I can be!

Finally got rid of black blobs on Candy Crush, but have now appeared on Alpha Betty. Screen just flickers on Candy Crush. What is the problem? Why is King not publicly addressing these VERY WIDE spread issues, and why is it taking so long to fix? All issues started after recent updates. Android phone... I miss my games!!!
