error message shows 'Connection Error'. I am using android. tried resetting app, phone and internet connection. I do not want to uninstall the app. Please help

Which game are you playing?
I receive Ads in different games but, never seen KitKat Ad that gives QR code!! Hence, I am not sure the issue you are experiencing!
Do you have any screenshots to show me? Is the screen frozen and you are not able to X it to go back to the game screen and collect the reward? The more details you provide, the better assistance I can be!
