hi! I have passed level 15000 but I dont receive any reward and also I can't share the progress to the other. I never experiencing this before.

I have seen the 'Share' button, but I don't know what it does. I assumed it allows you to share your achievements on social media. I actually have the Facebook app installed, so maybe that's why I have this button.

I have not noticed a share button. Many years ago there was a way to share your progress on Facebook. I really do not remember how it worked.

Sorry I've never noticed the share button either, I suspect that yes, it's perhaps just for Facebook players.
No, can't say I've ever seen a share button when I've reached a milestone @PummyRaj @monana96 and if I did I wouldn't click on it. Would be interesting to know what is is though if you ever find out š

Here is the last Milestone I received
Personally I imagine the Share button is a way of sharing the Milestone on Facebook or other social media sites that the recipient is a member of.

With regards to "sharing" your achievements ā honestly, I have never paid attention to that "Share" button! So, I have never triedš Next time, I will definitely try and see if it works or not!

Sorry for the delay! I was looking at the Help Center options for you to select while sending your complaint. There aren't any! So, let's be creative and see if it worksš
You will be receiving an automated email as initial response, which is a norm and all players receive after sending their first complaint.
Please send a detailed explanation through that email. And, an agent should contact you within 72 hours. Hopefully, the Player Support team will be able to send you some goodiesš¤

Some players are not receiving the Milestone rewards for some reason!! I would suggest you to contact King Player Support team and report a complaint.

Just starting today (and I'm on level 10291, so I've been playing for a while), when I switch to Candy Crush Saga while playing audio in the background (e.g. Audible, yt music), the other sound will turn off.
