Some players are not receiving the Milestone rewards for some reason!! I would suggest you to contact King Player Support team and report a complaint.
About second part of your question —> What do you mean by "you cannot share your progress to other"? Can you provide more details?

Sorry for the delay! I was looking at the Help Center options for you to select while sending your complaint. There aren't any! So, let's be creative and see if it works😁
- Click on the Pink Cogwheel (Gear icon) located in the top right corner of game map screen;
- Click on the ? icon in Settings window;
- Go down to "Events" and click on it;
- (There are no options about Milestone rewards)! So, I would suggest you to scroll down to — "How to update your Milestone banner" and click on it to open;
- Now, scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us":
- You will see a form to fill out. Select "Events or Feature issues" at Choose a Topic;
- Select "I didn't receive my reward" at Choose a Subtopic;
- Explain the issue briefly at "Tell us what you need";
- Submit your complaint.
You will be receiving an automated email as initial response, which is a norm and all players receive after sending their first complaint.
Please send a detailed explanation through that email. And, an agent should contact you within 72 hours. Hopefully, the Player Support team will be able to send you some goodies🤞

With regards to "sharing" your achievements — honestly, I have never paid attention to that "Share" button! So, I have never tried😅 Next time, I will definitely try and see if it works or not!
