Sorry for the delay! I was looking at the Help Center options for you to select while sending your complaint. There aren't any! So, let's be creative and see if it works😁
You will be receiving an automated email as initial response, which is a norm and all players receive after sending their first complaint.
Please send a detailed explanation through that email. And, an agent should contact you within 72 hours. Hopefully, the Player Support team will be able to send you some goodies🤞
With regards to "sharing" your achievements — honestly, I have never paid attention to that "Share" button! So, I have never tried😅 Next time, I will definitely try and see if it works or not!
But, let me call in some of my Community friends and see if they have any ideas and/or experiences on it!
